Having served as Vice-Chair since May 2002, Mr Alhadeff will take over from Herbert Heitmann, Executive Vice-President of External Communications at Royal Dutch Shell, who will be stepping down from the post during the commission’s summer meeting in Paris. 15 May 2013: Gemalto's software offers governments unprecedented level of security Gemalto, world leader in digital security, today announced that its Sealys ID Motion smart card software dedicated to national government programs has received "Common Criteria EAL7 certification". EAL7, or Evaluation Assurance Level 7, represents the highest level of security assurance within the international security evaluation scheme, also known as Common Criteria.

He begins his term of office on 1 September 2013. Director-General Pascal Lamy pledged to work closely with Ambassador Azevêdo in ensuring a smooth transition. 14 May 2013: European Commission unveils maritime strategy for the Atlantic The European Commission has today adopted an Action Plan to revitalise the marine and maritime economy in the Atlantic Ocean Area. 01 May 2013: DB Schenker Logistics Renews Contract to Provide Customers Access to GT Nexus GT Nexus today announced that DB Schenker Logistics has renewed its contract for supply chain visibility solutions and cloud supply chain technology. Since 2008, GT Nexus capabilities have been provided to a number of DB Schenker Integrated Cargo Management customers. survey of international shippers and forwarders that measures freight activity across several European-based
trade lanes. The index is a timely and effective indicator of shipper expectations, in our view, and an important
barometer for the health and trajectory of international freight movements. In March, the Overall Index rose
sequentially for the fifth consecutive month at +0.9%. |
